What information do we collect about you and why.
Fluttr is a social network and the content you post would be viewed by other Fluttr users. Don’t post anything you don’t want to share publicly, as you do not control who can view your post. Fluttr is a social network and the content you post is available to other Fluttr users. We do not identify you directly by name or contact information to other Fluttr users. However, we cannot prevent others from determining your identity from the content you share.
Information we collect about you, including personally identifiable information may be shared as follows:
Fluttr users: The content that you post, including flaps, flap-backs and other information may become public. We cannot control how your information is used by others, you and only you are liable for the content you post, Fluttr will hold no liability for any of your actions. Your posts are available to all other Fluttr users. Users can share any content on the app, no matter who posted it, through other third party applications like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram or any other.
Business Transfer: We may transfer the information we have collected to any other company in case of acquisition, merger, or any other such event.
Business Partners: We may share the information we gather with our business partners. However we don’t collect name or contact information directly unless it is posted in any post or reply (as by default post and comments are stored in our database).
Legal procedures: In case of legal procedure we may disclose the information collected about you to comply with the law. While we don’t collect your name or contact information directly, but we may share your IP address or other identifier, your location information, or any other information we have collected about you and your device.
To Protect Us and Others:
You can choose to “Invite Friends” via facebook. You choose what contacts to invite. If you invite a contact, we will provide a message with the Fluttr download URL included, which you can choose to send via your Facebook account.
We may send push notifications to your device. You can deactivate/activate this feature any time by changing the notification settings on your device.
Third party analytics
We may use automated devices and applications, included those offered by third parties to evaluate usage of the app. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our app. We use these tools to help us improve the app, its performance and user experience. We do not share your personal information with these third parties.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites.
Our Services are not designed for children under 12 years of age. If we discover that a child under 12 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
